Hello Regina!

The Flatland Fiddling Studio is a lesson space for all ages of learning, and for all types fiddle music! The core of the studio is its focus on private lessons, personalized for each student and their learning goals, with basic skill building using both contemporary and classical technique, with a focus on contemporary repertoire. The secondary mission of the studio is to build community through group lessons, jams, workshops, and perhaps even concerts!

Thank you to my amazing students who make teaching so special! Keep an eye out for jams, dances, recitals and more down below!

Sincerely,
Emily Dubois
Director of the Flatland Fiddling Studio

- FFS Student

“I had lessons from Emily in person and on Zoom.  She made both ways fun! I enjoyed practicing during the week and her enthusiasm as I showed what I learned during each lesson.  Emily helped me learn many songs, both fiddle and Suzuki, and gave me lots of encouragement along with her musical knowledge.😁”
